Your health is our top priority and we are doing everything that we can to provide the best care for you during this difficult time. Thank for your continued trust in us.
We are remaining open and continuing to see WELL patients in the mornings and SICK patients in the afternoons in both offices. Our office hours will continue to be Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 11am. However, until further notice, we will not be open after 5pm during the week. When we are closed, you can still reach our advice line or the on-call physician by calling the answering service at 919-831-5394.
Locked Front Doors:
In order to control the flow of people in our buildings, we will be keeping the front doors locked at all times. There is a sign posted on the door with our phone numbers and we ask that you call us from the parking lot to speak with someone before coming into the buildings. One of our staff will meet you at the door to let you in or help you with whatever you need.

We are now able to offer TELEHEALTH visits using a new system called doxy.me. We have tested this process with a few patients today and it is a very simple way to have a face to face Virtual Visit with the physician on a phone or computer. Please call our office to schedule a virtual appointment and you will receive an email with the link to the website to connect with the physician at the time of your appointment. Not every visit can be completed this way but we hope that this will help keep you at home as much as possible and not cause any unnecessary exposure.
Protecting your family:
Please continue to follow the public health recommendations from NCDHHS and CDC.
- Keep your distance
- Stay home
- Wash your hands
- Cover a cough or sneeze
- Avoid touching your face
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
Please complete your pre-visit check-in online before every appointment. You will receive an email with the link that provides all of the up to date information and screening tools needed before you can be seen either in the office or by a virtual visit.
If your health changes after you have completed the Coronavirus Screening tool online – please call our office before coming in to the building so that we can speak to you. We are limiting only non-sick people into our building during the morning Well Clinics to do our best to prevent any accidental exposures.
We know that many people have lost or are at risk of losing jobs and income during this pandemic.
